School of Legislation, Ansal College organized the 2nd Edition of the Ansal College International Moot Court Level of competition on 23-25th February 2018. The Level of competition was inaugurated by Dr. E.M.S. Natiachappan, Previous Union Minister and President, Indian Modern society of International Legislation (ISIL), Justice S.N. Dhingra, former Choose, Delhi Superior Court and Dr. K.N. Chaturvedi, former Legislation Secretary, Federal government of India on 23rd February. The Level of competition witnessed the participation of quite a few teams from across the place and a Group from Indonesia. The finals which had been held of 25th February was judged by Hon’ble Justice Karpaga Vinayagam, former Chief Justice, Jharkhand Superior Court, Dr. Aman Hingorani, Senior Partner at Hingorani & Associates, Mr. Matt Sloane, Director, World-wide Litigation Providers, United Lex, Dr. Sunod Jacob, Associate Professor and International Legislation specialist and Mr. Pranaya Goel, Advocate on History and Partner, Wadia Ghandy. Dr. P. Lakshmi, Dean, School of Legislation and Mr. Abraham Joseph, College Convenor, Moot Court Committee performed a commendable part in proficiently organizing the competitiveness. Student Convenors, Vineeth and Arjun together with quite a few college students had been integral to the productive carry out of the competitiveness.
Symbiosis Legislation School, Pune won the competitiveness with a hard cash prize of Rs. 50,000 and Federal government Legislation University Mumbai had been the runners up successful a hard cash prize of Rs. 30,000 . Vaibhav Tiwari of Symbiosis, Pune was adjudged the Ideal Speaker-1 and Varsha Singh of School of Legislation, Christ College was adjudged the Ideal Speaker-2. Symbiosis Legislation School, Pune won the Ideal Memorial Prize and Arnav Bishnoi of RGNUL, Punjab was the Ideal Researcher.
